Cancellation Policy
*Here at The Loft Toronto we have a 24 hour cancellation policy to ensure fair accessibility to our other clients. To enforce this policy we require a credit card on file within 24 hours of your booked appointment. If you are unable to provide a credit card number, a $50 deposit will be required. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your booked appointment a charge may be placed on your card or you may lose your deposit. If you have accumulated three no-shows on your file, you will be asked to prepay for your next appointment. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of our other clients.*
